Founded in year 1987, Chromolux, formerly known as ITAC (International Trading Agents & Consultants Ltd) has evolved as the sole agent of International®, the leading brand of AkzoNobel’s Marine & Protective Coatings business unit, actively involved in decorative and protective (e.g. fire protection) coating ever since. In year 2000, ITAC was renamed as Chromolux Trading Ltd.
In year 2003, Chromolux became a color center carrying Sandtex and Permoglaze as top-line premium paints. Being a sole agent for Sandtex and Permoglaze, Chromolux has established herself in trading and supplying International paints in Macau and the neighbouring countries. More importantly, the years of experience and expertise has leapfrogged Chromolux into major government and state projects including ferry terminals, Macau heliport, the first incineration plant in Macau (1990), power stations and heritage buildings.
